However before the kick could of made contact he avoided it in his cobra form, still looking at her, it already got on top of her now, wrapping around her neck just like a usual snake would do, he was squeezing the neck strongly, just for the fun of it, as the cobras head faced hers, sticking the tongue out like all cobras do, it slapped against her forehead

Bianca reached forward swiftly taking the tongue between her teeth and bit down hard before releasing and staring it in the eyes, "I may love snakes, But they have to be loyal and trust worthy." She smirked widely a cruel look deep within her eyes.

Sssss Even in his cobra form, it felt good, his tongue being bitten, he smirked in a way to let her know that he understood, he went back down to get back into his human form as he looked at her in the eyes. "Trustworthy hmm, I help you, you help me, how does that sound, all I want... is to kill the mudbloods... terrorize maim and kill pretty much. So far I'm interested in killing all the Wizarding Council officials and replace them with someone... trustworthy. Someone who can take control of the wizarding world and be the rightful ruler. "

Bianca listened to him and felt it as he shifted to his human form, his body still tightly against hers. She looked him up and down and shoved him back against a wall quickly pressing her lips to his and then pulled back and whispered, "I would be willing to work with you, If you can handle the pressure." She smirked devilishly.

Viktor smirked at her words, licking his own lips as he looked at her calmly. "I can handle pressure more so then you think, already killed two members of the wizarding council." Viktor said, smiling but he had work to do, to eliminate the most important members, he was sure that he'd be able to do that. "You need to exercise some patience my dear."

"Just a year, wait till I'm done with hogwarts, just keep it secret from the founders and other students, then...we will have a wizarding war, you will take the wizarding council for yourself and we can challenge the fools in Hogwarts, and then, force the mudbloods in slavery or just kill em all." Viktor said, with a smirk, he had ambitions and he knew these ambitions would happen, first he just needed to graduate and to annoy professor Rowena.

The fact that he had ignored her as she got up only bothered her minutely, She laughed and spoke softly, "I will hold my bargain, But you must first give me something in return." She stared at him.

Viktor looked at her in the eyes, she seemed to have an attitude change, something seemed to have bothered her, but he didn't care enough to ask as he listened to her calmly, he nodded calmly, they were in a way partners now, both of them would be helping each other. "Alright and what might that be?"

Bianca turned away from him and smirked devilishly, "If I am to hold your bargain then you must be in a sorts mine." She turned back to him with a wicked smile as she advanced upon him and spoke softly, "When I call you are to answer and vice versa" She rose an eyebrow, "At any time" She looked him in the eyes, "Unless you think that unfair." She smirked again.

Viktor listened to her, smirking as well, this woman was indeed devilish, it would made him look like he was her property, but he didn't mind at all. "Done." Viktor said, without a second thought, this would prove to be, quite interesting indeed, he just smiled at her "And what might be your method, of calling me?"

Bianca had not thought that far ahead, But she pulled out her wand within an instant and spoke softly, "If there is ever a time that you are needed a dozen red Scorpions would approach you." With that she transformed into a red scorpion and a dozen tiny scorpions swarmed under her feet as she looked up to the child.

"Peculiar... hmm you're indeed a rare woman to find, or accidentally touch." Viktor said look at her scorpion form with a smile, he wondered what she would call him for, he pondered over it for a while, still looking at her in her scorpion form. "I'm curious but what would be your reason of, calling me... exactly?"

Viktor noticed the scorpions smirk and just smiled . This professor was definitively interesting, why did she pick something like Divination? "No problem at all, I find it, interesting, would you like me to bring you something whenever you call for me, roses perhaps?"
