Zak just picked up more boxes to put, listening to her in her muffled voice, what he heard though made him drop the box as he turned around and looked at her in the eyes calmly. "D...did you say abuser?" Zak said to her, feeling his blood boil with rage.

The young Gryffindor sobbed harder and turned away from Zak. As she cried, her shoulders shook violently. Gwennan was trying hard not to cry and she refused to confirm or deny what she had just said. Gwenn could hear the anger in Zak's voice and she feared he would play the hero. If Viktor knew that she had even spoken to him, she was sure that he would kill him. |

"I.. why didn't you tell me, you know I love you, YOU KNOW I GAVE YOU A BOX WITH AN ENGAGEMENT RING and yet you...you..." Zak said, sighing sadly as he got out of the counter and just pulled her in a hug. "I failed.. that's why I am an apprentice wandmaker."

Gwennan did not pull back when he hugged her. She wrapped her arms around his neck and hugged him close as if her life depended on him. "I love you," she said with tears still streaming down her face. Gwenn hid her face in his shoulder blade and said, "I did not tell you because he would have killed you. He is a killer Zak." |

"What if he is incapable of killing?" Zak didn't want to believe that Viktor was capable of such a thing, him being in hogwarts wouldn't make sense if he was, he just looked at Gwenn, and kissed her passionately on the lips, he didn't care anymore, to him Gwenn was still pure, untouched, he didn't care about that. He just hugged her tightly. "I'm glad my wand chose you."

Gwenn shook her head and said, "He has already killed in Hogwarts." What happened next took her breath away. She crushed herself against him and returned his kiss with equal passion. "I am glad as well," she replied softly. |

So those murders were attributed to him? More reason to stop him then, he just held her tightly. "Someone has to stop him then, I'll do that, I promise, I won't let him hurt you again."

"No," she said loudly. Gwennan looked up at Zak and whimpered, "Please do not go anywhere near him. He is too strong and he is a killing machine." One hand slid from his neck to his cheek and she looked up at him with tears in her eyes. "Please. I do not wish for you to die," she added softly. |
