Nodding, she said gently, "Probably not, I mean quite a few slytherins have gone missing or 'away on a field trip' recently" she agreed with him, although she was confused that mostly slytherins were going missing. "I doubt they would be as well" she said slightly amused at the comparison, but it still seemed grim. She pulled at the ends of the tie, that held her hair in a bun. Accidentally pulling to hard and breaking it. Her hair fell to cover her face, before she tucked it behind her ears.
Roxanna shrugged "Well we won't know unless we ask her and I don't plan too, so unless you want to then I guess we wont know" she smiled back at him. Her eyes wandered around the room, and settled for a moment on the stairs, everything was still silent except for them. Something she was pretty glad of.
Roxanna looked thoughtful. "Usually Muggle books, I guess I like reading how they solve problems that we can solve with magic. Most wizarding books arent very realistic" she smiled. "I guess it's also because I've grown up with both, so I feel I could be part of two cultures" she said with a shrug. "Genre-wise, I like most really, not thriller or horror" she paused and then added "Not really into comedy books either, I find they can be a little silly sometimes" she explained smiling at him, Roxanna loved to read, she also loved Horse-Riding, a sport she was strangely graceful at. "Do you read much?" she asked.

Lesuth did not know that Muggles could read or write. His eyes widened in surprise. "Ah. What do Muggles have to write about? I would have never guessed that they could. Lesuth had displayed little interest in Muggles other than protecting them from evil. He wondered what he would do if he couldn't save people. "I don't read much. I spend most of my time practicing charms." Lesuth grinned. He was probably the best student at doing Charms but was helpless when doing written tests on the subject.

Roxanna smiled at his surprise. Only some of the Muggle could read or write, a select few. It was mostly the higher classes and priests that learnt. But those who did came up with interesting tales. "Mostly problems we can solve by magic, that they can't and how they fix them. They imagine worlds swell, they imagine what magic would be like - mostly they call it bad, and terrifying" Roxanna smiled at him "Reading isn't for everybody" she said with a shrug. Roxanna had heard that he was great at charms. Roxanna was always better at the written tests than the spells. She was also rubbish at Potions, her natural clumsiness had meant she knocked over quite a few cauldrons. "What charms are you best at?" she asked, then looked to the clock, for the time. It was still quite early. None of her dorm mate would be up yet.

Lesuth shrugged. He didn't think Muggles could write anything interesting if wizards could not. Magic simply forced superiority. It wasn't something he boasted about but he assumed it was a silent truth. He wondered if he would still inspire as much fear in troublemakers as he did with the Head Boy badge. "Intersting," he lied. "I've never seen a Muggle do anything like magic though. Are you sure you don't mean muggleborn? Because they can do magic."

Roxanna sighed, she didn't really know how to explain it, any further. "Hardly any of the muggles can write" she stated simply. "Mostly it is the wealthy and the Priests" she carried on. "Well yes muggleborn as well, but I simply mean muggles. Well as far as I know the authors were muggle" she said with a small shrug. She pulled at loose ends of hair. She leant back into the sofa, thinking of something to say. "Anyway" she started. As her stomach started to tell her it wanted food, she smiled at him "Should we go down to breakfast?" she asked, even if it wasn't being served at the time, they could always ask the House elfs in the kitchen to make it. Roxanna wasn't really sure what time breakfast started, she was usually up quite late.

Lesuth raised an eyebrow at Roxanna. He was getting hungry himself but had been afraid to say anything. Lesuth put a finger into the air. He felt bad for having faked interest a moment ago. He really didn't care for books though, he'd get as much as he could from them and move on. He saw literature itself as useless. "We should go down. I'm sure they'll feed us." Lesuth got off the couch and stretched. He looked back at Roxanna with a grin and held out a hand for her.

Roxanna nodded "I'm sure they will, I mean they can't really refuse" she looked a little uncertain, but nothing major. She watched as he got up, and was about to get up her, when she saw that he had held his hand out for her, she grinned back at Lesuth. She took it, and pulled herself up as gracefully as she could manage. "So, go to the kitchens or the great hall?" she asked, she smiled at him, and moved to stand with her legs crossed.

Lesuth grinned at Roxanna. He was not afraid of going to either place. Lesuth was very much agaist violent prejudice but was not above a few light prejudices of his own. His mind would never comprehend the idea that slavery could be a bad thing at all. Quite the opposite, it usually led to booming economies. The house-elves were servants, Lesuth did not see them in any other light. Regardless of wether they could best him in a duel or not. Generally, Lesuth accepted that most other species were inferior to his own wizard class. But he was not one to treat his lessers, equals or greaters with disrespect without enormous reason. Lesuth held her hand and led Roxanna to the portrait hole. "The kitchens, I am certain there is no one to take orders in the great hall. Only, I've forgotten how to get in." Lesuth scracted above his eye with his free hand. Trying to remember how you get into the kitchens. They passed through the portrait hole and Lesuth asked, "Do you know how to get in?" Lesuth really only had the memory for spells. Sometimes joking that the charms and hexes had taken up all the spaces available in his mind.

Roxanna smiled back at Lesuth. Roxanna didn't really like using the House elf's as servants, but they enjoyed their jobs, so she wouldn't take that away from them."It's probably too early, so.. yea they are probably all asleep or busy or something" she said with a shrug, she walked beside him, as he led her to the portrait hole. Roxy laughed. "I know how to get in, don't worry" she said amused. "I never did get why, you have to tickle a pear on a portrait to get in" she shrugged a little. The idea of tickling a portrait was silly. "You've got to tickle the pear on the portrait to get it to turn into a doorknob." she explained.

Lesuth grew a bit saddened that he had not been able to heal Roxy or stay with her longer that first night they had met. He remembered that was before the school had been turned on its head. He had still been the Head Boy, the way was clearer. "Most wizards sleep late, thinking its their right as the superior race. I use all the time possible to help work because its our duty to make life easier for everyone. I find the administration severely lacking in responsibility. They seem more interested in their petty grudges than the larger society." Lesuth grinned; he was referring to Salazar's recent actions in particular. Lesuth was a constant critic of the Founders. Even though most people didn't realize that and thought of him as their shill. He laughed at Roxanna's answer that you had to tickle a portrait of a pear. "I thought it had something to do with a portrait." Lesuth began to wonder if Roxanna would object to him carrying her again. Other than running into Cole, Lesuth had quite enjoyed holding her. And he desperately wanted a chance to carry her somewhere without running into a closed door. Every time he thought of her, that stupid mistake came back to his mind. He felt ashamed of it.

Roxanna was a little shocked at his saddened look, she wondered what he was thinking about but said nothing. Roxy looked thoughtful. "I guess, they do, its silly really. Quite a few wizards will become very lazy, for they think that they can get away with just summoning things" she shrugged a little. She smiled at Lesuth, and had to wonder what he meant by the administration and larger society? Did he mean the founders? Roxanna grinned "its very weird, it feels a little silly" Roxanna always felt a little... strange, tickling a portrait. Roxanna wondered what he was thinking about, he looked remeniscant? She just simply smiled at Lesuth.
(sorry it took quite a while to reply)

Lesuth grinned widely and slowed his pace a little bit. He sometimes forgot that most people didn't worry about Dark Wizards and such all the time. He bowed his head slightly and looked at Roxanna a bit red in the cheeks. "Yes. I was talking to a man once who said that it is the good people that create the bad. Through envy and victory, they drive the unfortunate to desperation. And then mark them as criminal. I am unsure which side I am on. It seems as though it can work both ways sometimes." Lesuth turned suddenly into a staircase that would take them to the ground floor. "I suppose the Founders could not come up with anything more clever." Lesuth shrugged. He wasn't sure if he should talk about their last meeting but he wanted to. (Its taking me longer it seems. Sorry about that. I haven't been able to play Lesuth very good for quite some time. )

Roxy matched his pace, and turned her head slightly, to look at him, she bit her lip gently. "I guess. I mean if there was no bad in the world, there would be no need for the good.. I agree, it does work both ways." she replied thoughtfully. Tucking a stray hair behind her ear, she looked to her feet, checking for obstacles. She tended to trip when she didn't constantly check. Which was a rather annoying outcome. She looked back at him, and smiled. "I suppose. You'd think they'd put a proper password on it, or at least as well as tickling the portrait." Roxanna suggested. She stepped on to the stair case quickly.

Lesuth covered his eyes with a single hand. The idea had troubled him. And he was glad that someone was standing up for him from what that person had accused him of. Lesuth was so sure that he had become so good and skilled to prevent evil. But when he had reflected back, he knew that there was no actual evil that he was rising to confront when he began. He knew deep down that he had began because he wanted what Godric Gryffindor and other noble warlocks had. Fame and glory, were the drivers. Not need. Perhaps others had need of a hero. But he never did. "Yeah." He grinned though he shuffled uncomfortably. "I suppose so." Lesuth watched Roxanna look at the ground. He wondered if she was bored. With his free hand, he swept his hair back. "Ahah. I would have never guessed though unless I was told. Hehe. Just seems so random and silly."

Roxanna tilted her head sideways slightly, when he covered his eyes. "Are you okay?" she asked, usually she had only seen people do that if they werent okay, or if they were embarassed. She smiled brightly at him, she fiddled with a piece of hair, "Its quite clever in its own way, its something so simple and silly that you wouldn't think people so bright and brilliant as the Founders could come up with it." she commented lightly, she smiled in an amused fashion. She checked the floor each time she climbed a stair, but kept looking up again.
