History:
- Orianna was named after a great grandmother. To parents both pure of blood and of mind. She consideres that her parents were too old to have her. Her brother was born a year after she was.
- Orianna was a gifted witch before she was three. By seven, she was assembling wands for her father. She was particularly gifted in awakening magic within cores. The first wand she completed is the one she still uses.
- Orianna didn't attend a school. Instead she was taught from home. Though her studies were not as comprehensive, she has learned more of the Dark Arts than most would even hear about.
- Orianna was displeased with the birth of Draco. Firstly, she had hoped for a girl. Secondly, he was whisked away from her before she could get to hold him and brought to some old Malfoy crow to be named. The wayward Orianna escaped and gave birth to Orion away from the Malfoys. She even named him Oliver though they would have his name changed to Orion.
- Orianna left Cassius just before Ollie was school age. Cassius had their marriage annulled by the Wizard's Council. Their hearing was the first time Orianna encountered Lord William Black. She took a liking to him right away. The Council granted Orianna one of their sons; Lord William Black made sure she was allowed to choose which. Orianna chose her favourite, Ollie.
