((Takes place after the Durmstrang and Beauxbatons guests arrive to Hogwarts, perhaps during the Christmas feast))
It was easier than she'd thought, leaving the banquet and sneaking to the dungeons. The door of Slytherin's chambers was opened easily and Ksenia sighed with relief when she entered the room. They had been worried that Salazar might have used some spells or curses to prevent anyone from entering his office, but he fortunately hadn't.
Ksenia closed the door behind her and walked to Salazar's writing desk, looking curiously around the room. She took her wand out and lit a candle, placed neatly on a small counter in the corner of the room. Then she took a seat at Slytherin's desk, leaning back and crossing her legs. She let her eyes wander around the room, taking in all the details, the books on the shelves, quills and parchments on the desk. She had to find something to amuse herself while she waited for Salazar to arrive. Luckily, the door soon opened and the founder entered the room. Still sitting behind his desk, with her legs crossed and a look of mild amusement on her face, Ksenia greeted him. "Good evening."

Salazar went to check up on his basilisk, he found a way to make it so that this girls bathroom was out of service for a while, as he made his way toward the Dungeons he opened the door of his office with his little pet snake getting inside as well, he talked with it until he noticed that someone was there, sitting on his seat near his desk, he looked over at the woman, the snake going toward her as well getting on her about to bite her until Salazar stopped it, he looked at the woman for a while.
"From Dusmtrang are you not, with that old man." He said calmly as he looked at her. "It is rather rude entering someones place without knocking or waiting for them to be inside, surely your parents taught you some manner did they not? Hmm perhaps not... your eyes tell me something else entirely that you have a plan and that is also why you came to my office."

Ksenia had been informed about Salazar Slytherin, his love towards snakes and his special abilities (there were many witches and wizards who practiced Occlumency or Legilimency, but a Parselmouth could rarely be seen). Anyway, she did not expect him to have pets. The little snake moved towards her, raising its ugly head as though ready to attack. Ksenia's eyes widened as she looked at the creature with disgust (she looked at every creature which approached her with disgust), but Salazar hissed something and stopped his pet.
Salazar was looking at her for a while and Ksenia looked back at him, keeping the eye contact. She nodded her head, confirming that she was from Durmstrang. "I am disappointed, lord Slytherin." she answered. "I was told that you were a charming man." she said with somewhat ironic tone in her voice. "They were probably talking about your Headmaster." a small dark smile appeared on Ksenia's face. Then she laughed, looking at him sceptically. "And you can tell that only from the look in my eyes? I'm impressed." she lied and gave him another cat-like smile.

Salazar looked at her calmly, studying her that way, her petty insults didn't phase him as he looked at her calmly. "Hmm wasn't aware that my dislike of the headmaster seemed so apparent." He said calmly as he looked into her eyes. "No need to lie my dear, it makes you lose all your credibility and my interest on why you are here." He said calmly, as he walked away to his special room to verify the ingredients, everything seemed in order, he then closed the door and looked over at her.
"I have no time to charm a women who has been lying constantly about different things, I can see you are hiding a big secret by the look you have in your eyes." He said calmly, Salazar always had a sense of observation, he always studied people especially the look in their eyes that could betray all of them, he sighed calmly. "I assume you came to me, try to charm me so I can reveal the weaknesses of the students in Hogwarts..I'll tell you what it is.. they don't have the guts to kill. Satisfied my dear?" He said calmly, calling for house elves, for some tea and cookies. "So what else are you here for exactly madam...?"

Ksenia almost chuckled at his words about the Headmaster. "Oh, you do dislike him?" she spoke again, faking innocence. "Well, you can't be blamed for than, can you?" she shrugged, running one of her hands down her silky skirt. She seemed to be preoccupied with the dark purple material, until she suddenly looked up at Salazar again, her lips slightly pursed and her eyes narrowed. "Oh, please! Do you really think of me as some petty thief?" she asked in her annoyingly high pitched voice, insulted by his actions.
"Different things?" Ksenia repeated. "You are a very observant man, are you not, lord Slytherin?" she asked, looking at him as though he was some particularly interesting beast. Ksenia leaned back in her chair, after hearing his reply. "Is it you who teaches your students to be so weak, or they develop it on their own? It can be quite contagious." she answered, mildly amused. "No, I'm not so easy to satisfy." she answered. She seemed to be hesitating for a moment."Well, let's just say that we might have similar interests..." she finally replied.

"It is obviously none of your interest that I dislike him since you obviously didn't come here for that my dear, does your headmaster know why you came here or was it a direct order from him?" He said calmly as he looked at her, he chuckled "No, you don't seem to be a thief.. only real thing that would make you a thief...well no reason to say it out loud of course.. no you are not interested in that." He said with a smile as he looked at her, in her eyes.
"Observant indeed, one has to be." He said as he kept looking at her calmly, house elf appearing with some cookies and tea, he poured the tea on both glasses as he looked at her. "The other founders are the reason, accepting mudbloods.. half bloods as well.. though I don't mind them much as much as the mudbloods." He finally said as he looked at her. "If I did mind well I think you would of known." He said without revealing anything else, he just gave her a little wink. "Hmm similar interests? Dumrstrang has no mudblood infestation, therefore we do not have similar interests."

"Of course it's not." Ksenia replied with a shrug. "Why would I be interested in your internal affairs within Hogwarts?" When he mentioned her Headmaster, the corner's of Ksenia's lips moved upward slightly, forming a weak smile. "Yes, I am here on behalf of my employer." she finally said. She smirked at his following words. "What are you talking about?" she was clearly amused. "Tell me, what is it that would make me a thief?" she leaned forward in her chair, her eyes never leaving Salazar's.
Ksenia nodded her head in agreement. When the house elf appeared, she stared at it blankly, as if it was a piece of furniture. Then she turned to Salazar again. "Of course, I didn't think it was your idea to accept them." she stiffened a bit on the word half-bloods, but stayed composed. It was a secret that both her and the Headmaster were half-bloods. It was something that nobody else knew, only the two of them. Ksenia blinked. "It is only a matter of time before we'll be facing the same problem. And I have no intention of teaching mudbloods!"

Salazar looked at her, and just had a grin on his face as he kept looking at her. "You have a crush on a married man, if you could steal him away for yourself you would, of course without love potions, your pride keeps you from doing such a thing." He said with a smile as he looked at her. "It is easy to see, the way you keep looking at him." He said with a chuckle as he took a sip of his tea and a cookie. "Hmm these are so good, you should give them a try." He said calmly as he chuckled.
"No the other fools that used to be my friends accepted them in... it will be their undoing one day." He said calmly and sighed as he looked at her. "Durmstrang will never have that problem, it is a reputed school where they teach dark magic, no mudbloods will go there. Even half bloods usually wouldn't but that is not a rarity, there is a few half bloods in there." He said as he took another sip, he didn't care much about half bloods, it isn't their fault after all for having one filthy mudblood of a parent.

Ksenia found herself staring at Salazar, unable to say anything. How did he know? She had managed to keep it a secret for over twenty years and then a man appeared and discovered her biggest, best kept secret with a mere glance at her direction. "I have no idea what you're talking about." The tiny witch leaned back in her chair, looking at Salazar as though anticipating the worst. "Thank you." she said politely, but she wasn't interested in cookies. Not for the time being, at least.
"So, you're not friends anymore? And yet you stay here with them." Ksenia arched an eyebrow. "You are a strange man, Salazar Slytherin." she looked at him in silence for a while. "Yes, you're right. No mudbloods will go to Durmstrang, at least while Alexander is the Headmaster. He wouldn't let them." Ksenia shifted her position slightly, leaning towards Salazar. "But if someone else takes his place... Ksenia broke off and shook her head. "And no, we do not accept halfbloods, either. Unless, of course, they show remarkable talent, which is very rare."

Salazar looked at her, he could see that look in her eyes, he enjoyed it as he chuckled a bit. "You know who I'm talking about, your eyes betray you my dear." He said with a smile as he looked at her. "You sure? They are pretty good." He said as he looked at her, he shrugged. "Suit yourself then." He said taking a bite of the cookie. "Hmm such an amazing taste." He said, as he dipped half of it on the tea and ate it that way, he looked at her calmly.
"Tell me, how do you remain friends, with people that don't want to hear your own opinions and voted against you to recruit a bunch of mudbloods?" He said calmly as he looked at her. "It's a lack of respect from their part, there is nothing I can do about it yet." He said calmly as he looked at her. "Perhaps if mudbloods are chosen as champions to the other houses... I hope your students will be rough enough and make sure to kill them and make it look like.. an accident." He said calmly, he would have no remorse on that as he looked at her. "Good man that headmaster, knows the filth we have to avoid... yet he is growing old.''

Ksenia looked up at Salazar, her hands clutching the chair she was sitting on so tightly that her knuckles had gone white. "You... you're wrong. It's not like that." she shook her head. "There is nothing between the two of us, we are merely working together. Nothing more." She released the chair and reached for the plate, taking one cookie. Ksenia was looking at it for a moment, before she put it in her mouth. It tasted good. "They're fine." she said with a shrug.
Well, let me see. There are three of them, three founders with that charming Headmaster of yours." she pretended to look pensieve for a moment. "You don't stand a chance against the four of them." she gave him a look full of sympathy. Then she laughed at his idea of her students killing the mudbloods. "Accidents do happen." she said innocently with a small smile. "We are all growing old." Ksenia replied wearily, with a small sad sigh. "You are still quite young, though." she said, narrowing her eyes slightly as she looked at him.

Salazar just chuckled when he heard her say he was wrong. "He trusts you a lot, yet you do have feelings for him, more then that of a worker, more than admiration, you want him to be yours." He said calmly as he looked at her, smiling when she took a cookie. "Only fine? I doubt your taste buds agree with you." He said with his usual smile as he looked at her. He couldn't help but laugh a little when she pretended to look pensieve as she said he didn't stand a chance.
"Oh I know that I don't stand a chance, I'm not foolish after all." He said as he looked at her, glad that she said that accidents do happen, which hopefully means she'll order her students to kill any mudblood champions they see. He listened to her calmly and sighed nodding to her, her compliment just made him chuckle. "Wish it was true, I am getting old, might not be seen on the outside, but I feel it in the inside."

"Of course he trusts me, I am his assistant after all." she looked at him, biting her lip. "If you have trust issues, it doesn't mean that everyone else has them too. You see, it is possible to trust someone without being romantically involved with them." she said slowly, as though talking to a small child. "Why do you give such importance to mere cookies?"
"I didn't say you were foolish. I am merely saying that I understand what you've been going through." she shrugged. "I will let my students know that they should accidentally keep away from the Slytherin champion." she said, with emphasis on the word accidentally. Ksenia shrugged again. "Yes, I know. Well, you're still not an old man. You are probably younger than me." she made a guess, leaning her head on her hand as she looked at him.

"Yet you have a crush on him." He said looking at her calmly and smiling. "Your reactions betray you so easily, so does your eyes, the way you are longing for him when you look at him." He said finishing his tea and pouring some more, he just looked at her calmly. "Importance to cookies? Well my dear, they taste great, everyone should try them, they are just wonderful." He said, dipping one in his tea and eating it. He looked at her calmly.
"Oh I know you didn't say that, no worries." He said calmly as he nodded, appreciating that she understood his problem, he sighed calmly. "Sadly Hogwarts will never be fixed.. unless my plans work.." He said, the last part mostly to himself he just shrugged it off as he looked at her. "Now now, you are doing yourself any justice, you are still a beautiful looking woman, people would mistake you for a young adult, as for me, I'm becoming an old man." He said with a chuckle and sighed calmly. "That I wouldn't know.."

Ksenia looked at him, somewhat disgusted. "I am not some foolish schoolgirl to have a crush on someone." she said indignantly. She crossed her arms over her chest, as though trying to protect herself from his intense stare. "I think your cookies are overrated." Ksenia said with an arched eyebrow. She took another cookie, though and looked at it for some time, turning it in her fingers playfully.
"Your plans?" she asked. "Well, you are doing something to get rid of them after all... interesting. I hope you have some better plans than just killing them all accidentally during the Tournament?" she inquired. Even though Salazar's words about his plans were muttered, she managed to hear them quite well. "You're flattering me." she said sweetly. "There is no need to worry, though. You are still very very far from becoming an old man."
