Nero felt bad about denying Viktor an interesting death to his troublesome bunkmate. So he decided to move forth with his plan to construct a massive prison complex for his political enemies as well as other undesirables. An immensely wealthy Mr. Fudge had provided most of the finances for the Wizard's Council project. He alone of the Hogwarts Governors liked Nero's presentation. Nero's father had detected Nero's betrayal and froze Nero's Gringotts account, that had forced Nero to turn to the richest wizards he knew in Britain.
Nero was now on his way to recruit his prison's guards. The Dementors. He had sent a messenger to Viktor explaining the plan but frankly could not care if his new partner was left behind. Nero was moving forward. Preparing to leave Hogwarts behind him. He would eventually return as its master and his stay would be short.
Nero finally past the Hogwarts gate, his black cape billowed softly in the night wind. In a malevolent black flash, Nero vanished. He reappeared in a foggy area. This land rested between two great marshlands. It had just finished raining, so Nero was glad he made it on time. He nearly slipped as he took a step. But caught himself in time. A tall dementor materialized from a small pond. It seemed to take notice of Nero without glancing in his direction. "I have no happy thoughts or desires, your presence does not frighten me.
The Dementor finally turned to Nero and approached the Seventh year. Its cloak still dripping of the pond's dark water. The dark beast smelled worse than the bog from whence it came. It put a hand out to near and placed the thought of Nero handing his wand to it. Nero took out his wand and aimed it at the dementor's heart though. Nero smirked and shook his head at the floating beast.
