Sirius gave her the sandwich and smiled as she took a bite, he eventually took a bite from his sandwich, chewing it slowly as he looked around calmly, he swallowed the piece and looked back at her. "I remember the office being a big mess probably a confringo spell, it did seem powerful with the damage it did, at least the office is now repaired, I bet he gave her an order to kill her. He said as he looked away calmly, this was pretty unusual, why would someone even fight against the Founders, they are after all the most powerful wizards and witches of this time.
"I believe it's Viktor even if I don't have real proof that he acted like that, he just seems the dangerous type of guy and I believe Lily, after all even her house founder believes her, he actually seemed to know that he did it."

The sandwich he gave her did not look so appetizing but it tasted great. She swallowed and took another bite, only realizing then how hungry she was. She technically had not eaten anything for at least eight hours.
What he said made turned the situation from worse to worst. Now that they Viktor was using people he charmed to do his dirty work for him, they all had to be extra careful, especially Rowena Ravenclaw. If the founder of Slytherin house believed that his student can do such a thing, there was no reason to not take his word for it.
“Do you know what motivates him to kill her?” Helena asked. It could be anything, her mother was popular after all. “You said something about beauty. Do you reckon he likes her in that dark and twisted way of his it meant taking her life?” She shivered. What the hell kind of love is that. She conjured two glasses and filled them with pumpkin juice. Then, she gave one to Sirius and drank from the other one.

"I don't know, I can't read the mind of a crazed person, his mind seems well protected, he doesn't even need occlumens it seems, he just builds on fake memories to protect whatever is inside that mind." Sirius tried once, it didn't seem to work at all, all he saw was strange, fake memories, he wasn't sure how someone could do that, he soon shook his head calmly and looked back at her. He looked away for a while, maybe that Viktor did like her in a twisted way or he just wanted her out of the way, he had no idea.
He looked back at her, a bit surprised, it seemed she was quite hungry by the way she was eating that sandwich, he scratched his spiky hair for a while. "I have more sandwiches if you want."

Helena just nodded. Naturally, he would not know what that Slytherin guy was thinking. He noticed how strange he was. Feeling lucky she never talked to him face to face, she smiled. She finished her sandwich and drank some of the juice as she contemplated how creepy stalkers work. She tried to put herself in their shoes.
Jealousy. Maybe this guy was jealous of her mother’s fame and intelligence. Maybe he is like you… always jealous. She shrugged off the thought. Sure she had always been envious of her but she never thought of killing her or wanted her dead. She might be like… that but she was her only family. It was a fact that could never be changed. Sighing, she realized it had to be more than jealousy… It had to be a feeling strong enough to drive a person to kill. Hatred? Anger? Or maybe it wasn’t a feeling. What if it was a condition? Total insanity.
“Viktor is crazy.” She found herself saying the words. “You cannot fake memories… he’s done all of those memories you’ve seen.” She felt her cheeks drain of all color. “What did you see?” She asked. Judging from his facial expression, what he saw was unbelievable. She shook her head when he offered her more sandwich.

"I wish it was that way, but it's not, somehow he just stands there, talking to the intruder and then projecting gruesome images." Sirius said, as he looked away, he remembered that scene so badly, he looked away once more and sighed, this was a weird thing, he never heard of a wizard being able to do that.
"I think even Salazar was unable to access his mind, and the secrets it holds." Sirius looked away, was it possible? Salazar was the best Legilimens and he couldn't access his mind, his body seemed to be trembling, who was this kid, he wasn't an ordinary wizard that's for sure.

“It’s either that or he is just crazy enough to be involved with those gruesome images. If you ask me, I think he is involved in every single one of them.” Helena was still a little shaken by the fact that a Hogwarts student was capable of such abominable acts. If it was all up to her, he would have been expelled. Breaking some school rules like the two of them were doing right then was nothing like murder.
“Then why is he not being, I don’t know, isolated for questioning?” She asked, Sirius. It wan not a secret that Salazar Slytherin was a skilled Legilimens and if he was not able to deduce anything from his gruesome mind, then there was a ninety-nine percent chance the he is a danger to the school. “What does my mother think of all this?” Her mother was wise and she wondered what she thought of all this.

"Probably Helga's doing." Sirius said, he knew if it was for the other founders, he would of been expelled, he was sure even Salazar would expel him, however even that seemed dangerous. "However someone like him might be too dangerous to let roam free imagine the chaos he might cause." Sirius said, he never trusted that Viktor boy, there was no reason to trust him, he was sure that Viktor wasn't normal, and he seemed powerful, he looked back at Helena.
"I fear the worst with someone like him, I'm not sure what might happen, I just hope everything will be alright in the near future."

Of course, Professor Helga Hufflepuff would not allow him to be expelled. She’d think he’s just a boy who seemed troubled and in need of help. Helena sighed, she loved Helga Hufflepuff, really, but sometimes she could be too forgiving and kind. That’s why people love her. she thought with a small smile.
She just nodded at Sirius’ words. Obviously if he got expelled, there was a possibility, a huge one at that, that he would hold a grudge against the people who kicked him out of the school. With his dangerous personality, who knew what he was going to do when he planned revenge. “The best way to deal with him is to put him in jail guarded by dementors day and night. That could only be accomplished if he was caught in the act. When that happens, I don’t think Aunt Helga would try to stop the ministry workers from locking him away. Even she has limits.” She said in a relaxed manner, sounding very wise. “Since you are older and the Gryffindor, I would have to ask, how do you catch a scheming and murdering Slytherin?” She raised an eyebrow at him, counting on him to answer. After all, he was seventeen and she was thirteen.

Sirius listened to her, he wasn't expecting a question from her, he looked away calmly, that was the good question, Viktor was rarely caught in the act, he seemed aware of a lot of things as well, beating him at his own game wouldn't work, it would mean to let go of their humanity in order to understand him, to know how he thinks, who his next victim will be. He sighed calmly. "I'm afraid I have no answer to that, he doesn't seem to be a student who makes mistakes, catching him in the act is sadly impossible, those who did probably didn't survive." Sirius said, he looked around calmly and just sighed. "We would have to be him to know what he has in mind, who the next victims will be, what his ultimate plan is in all of this, which isn't a recommended procedure. We could try veritaserum potion but I heard someone stole Salazar's ingredients."

Well, hell, she did not want to catch him and die shortly after. That would be futile attempt of fixing the situation. She agreed with everything he said, Viktor, indeed, was impossible to catch. However, when he brought up the truth potion, he gave her a small flicker of hope. “Maybe we can get the ingredients ourselves…” She trailed off as she realized the flaw in that plan. “Adding the potion to his drinks would be easy, we can simply ask the house elves to do it for us. But, how do we isolate him for questioning?” She looked up at the headboy. “Or are we just going to ask him about his evil plots in public?” She added as an afterthought.

Sirius listened to her, it's true they could go in search of the ingredients but that might be dangerous, he wasn't sure where to look for them, he just looked at her. "Let's make a deal then.. you find the locations for the ingredients, I take us there with apparition.. and we search for them." Sirius just said, he wanted to know the truth, he wanted to know what Viktor was hiding for even a great Legilimens like Salazar was unable to access his mind, he looked at her calmly, taking another sandwich from his bag and eating it.

Peeves spotted these two, and just grinned as he saw them, they looked so inoffensive, getting them in trouble would be so sweet, Peeves made a sound, like if he was taking a deep breath and eventually started yelling. "PROFESSORS, TWO STUDENTS ARE UP LATE, PAST THEIR CURFEW, PROFESSORS, PROFESSORS, PROFESSORS."

She was pleased with Sirius’ proposal. From what she could recall, all potion ingredients can be bought in one place: the apothecary. “It’s a deal then. Why don’t we try the apothecary first? Most, if not all ingredients for potion making are being sold there.” She looked at him and waited patiently for his response. She hoped he would approve, she really thought it was a good idea. Plus, she wanted to act as soon as possible.
Then, she heard a sharp intake of breath, at first she thought it was the headboy’s reaction at her proposal, but when familiar shouts of an incredibly annoying ghost echoed in the night air, she sighed exasperatedly. Did he have to show up now? Really? She slapped her forehead before looking up at Peeves.“Oh go away, Peeves.” She demanded softly.
