Viktor felt so silly, he should of known, his cheeks were blushing furiously, as he looked at her he just smiled and nodded shaking her hand. He liked the idea. "Deal" He said, in a happy tone as he looked at her in the eyes, he felt so comfortable with her, though he also wondered about it, what she said. Did it mean that all the men his mum was with, were his daddies?

Viola beamed at Viktor. She was happy that he had accepted her deal. Vi let go off his hand and threw her arms around his neck. "Thank you for being my friend," she said softly. Viola released her hold and gently kissed his cheek. She could tell that something was bothering Viktor. Viola narrowed her eyes and asked, "What is wrong?"

"My mom...she does stuff again... with.. their weewee... and sometimes they kiss.... does that make the men she is with.. my daddies?" Viktor just asked, a bit worried as he looked at her, he hoped not, though then again he was called a bastard by most people but he didn't understand the word. "Fifi.. what's a bastard?"

Viola made a face at his description and shuddered. She shook her head and said kindly, "You can only have one daddy." She paused and looked around them, as if to make sure that they were alone. "If you mommy kisses men that are not your daddy, that is a bad thing." Viola pursed her lips and added with a shrug, "Well... I think it is bad. Because my mommy killed my daddy for kissing other ladies. She was very sad by what he did." The young girl looked thoughtful for several seconds before saying truthfully, "I do not know. But my mommy called daddy that. She said the other day, 'Fifi we have to leave the house because everything reminds me of that bastard.' That's what my mommy said." She paused and shrugged, "Maybe it means man?"

"I don't know.. I'm not a grown up yet... so I'm not a man no?" Viktor just said, he looked away for a while, feeling sad, was his mom doing bad things to his father? Who ever his father was, he just sighed sadly but held on to Viola's hand tightly, he didn't want his friend to go and just sighed, hugging her tightly, he couldn't help himself but cry on her neck, he really didn't want her to go. "W..what will I do without you Fifi...? Viktor just said, she did promise him though, so he would check here occasionally to see if she'd be back just to visit him. .

Viola placed her hands on his cheeks and forced his face in her direction. "You are a man to me darling," she said soothingly. Vi had no idea what a bastard was, but she did not want Viktor feeling bad because of the word. As he hugged her close, she leaned into him and rested her head against his shoulder blade. Viola could feel his tears trickle down the side of the neck; and that caused her own eyes to fill with tears. She sighed at his question and hugged him closer before whispering, "You will be fine."

Viktor just held her tight, he was a man to her eyes? Was he supposed to be happy, or was she calling him a bastard? He had no idea and at the moment he didn't care, as his tears kept falling on her neck he listened to her and knew she was right, it would be fine, she promised to visit, he pulled back a little and just gave her a smile. "You are right, you'll visit me after all, I'll wait for you at this spot."

Viola squeezed her eyes shut as she heard his words. More tears trickled down her face and she started sobbing audible. Viktor deserved to know that she would never be coming back, but she knew that would crush him. In the end she decided not to tell him anything and ask her mommy if she could make a spell and make Viktor forget about her. [She will forget to tell her mother, because they would leave as soon as she returned home]. Viola wiped her tears with the back of her hand and gave a nod.

Viktor just hugged her, wondering why she was crying, he didn't say a word though, he kissed her cheek softly, remembering that the lips were for when they would be daddies and mommies, he just held her tight, he didn't want to let her go. "W..when do you leave? You can stay a bit longer with me here.. r..right?"

The girl heaved a deep sigh and said honestly, "I don't know. But mommy said soon because she cannot stand being in the house." Fresh tears started forming in her eyes and she whimpered, "Because of daddy, my mommy is sad... and I think she is sick too." Viola leaned back against Viktor and cried harder. "I hate him," she wailed. Viola grabbed hold of his shirt and said in a hoarse whisper, "I will stay a little longer and then go to my mommy. She needs me."

Viktor just held on to her hand, not wanting to let her go, she was his only friend, he just sighed sadly, tears on his eyes as he kept looking at her. He couldn't keep her for long and certainly not to himself, he just caressed her back softly. "She needs you...you should go.. I wish I was the one to catch your father.. I would of killed him myself maybe it would make her less sad and you less sad." Viktor didn't like it when people hurt her, he inexplicably killed the muggle boys who tried to hurt her, when his magic abilities showed themselves out of anger.

"I think she would still be sad," she replied with a shrug. Viola sighed and said solemnly, "When you become a daddy, do not behave like my father. Because it is not nice." She lifted her hand and offered him her pinky. "You have to pinky swear darling," she said softly. Viola enjoyed his protectiveness, although she had no idea he had killed the muggle boys that had picked on her.

Viktor listened to her, surprised by her answer but he did pinky swear on it, his pinky reaching hers, he just nodded at her. "I promise I'll never be like your father, I will be a caring man toward the mommy... toward you."

Viola wiped the tears from her eyes and smiled at Viktor. She hugged him close and said, "You will always be my best friend." She rested her head on his shoulder and started rummaging through her dress pocket. Viola showed Viktor a tooth and said proudly, "It fell yesterday. Mommy says that if I am a good girl, the tooth fairy will give me a Sickle."

Viktor just looked at her calmly and listened to her, he smiled, losing a tooth always meant one thing, that she was growing up and he was too. He just wondered what kind of people they would be in the future, he hoped they would be helping and caring people. He just gave her a smile, hoping they'd always be together. "I'm sure the tooth fairy will bring it to you."
