Viola pursed her lips and stared down at the tooth. She offered it to Viktor and said solemnly, "This is the first tooth I lost. It means a lot to me." She paused and looked at him uncertainly, "I want you to have it darling." She reached for his hand and pressed it in his palm.

Viktor just looked at her confused but happy as he look at her teeth, he had something from her, it could be considered a gift. He smiled controlling his tears of happiness, it was the first time someone gave him a gift, he just looked at her."I'll take good care of it, I promise."

Viola's smile widened and she was about to thank him when she heard someone saying, "Little Miss. There you are. Your mother was worried sick." An eighteen year old female, who was the Drayton sibling's nanny hurried towards the children. She scooped up Viola in her arms and gently ruffled the boy's blonde hair. "Say goodbye to Viktor," she said gently. Viola pouted and waved at her friend while saying, "I will see you again one day darling." The nanny smiled at the girl and said, "That's a good girl. Now home and no more sneaking out." Vi gave a nod and rested her head on the woman's shoulder. As they started walking away from Viktor the nanny asked, "Why do you call him darling?" Viola frowned and mumbled, "Because that is what mommy used to call daddy."
The nanny chuckled and cradled the child closer to her. She did not know about the father's death and thought it was cute that little Viola thought so much of her mother. "What is a bastard?" the child suddenly asked. "Never mind that Little Miss. You are too young to be corrupted with foul speech." Viola's eyes widened and she said in outrage, "It's a bad word? I have to tell Viktor." Although Viola struggled to free herself, the nanny held her tight. "There is no time. Your mother wants to leave today." Viola looked shocked and started screaming for Viktor; she wanted to tell him a proper goodbye. The nanny shushed her and the both of them disappeared inside the Drayton manor.

Viktor looked at his friend and eventually he heard the Nanny's voice and looked at the Nanny arriving towards them, he just gave the nanny a smile though and then looked back at Viola, he was then looking at his feet a bit shy and also annoyed that the nanny ruffled his hair, he didn't like when people did that except if it was perhaps Viola. He just kept looking away and then looked at them, tears in his eyes, he didn't want her to go now. He held onto Viola's hand until she left with the Nanny, when he heard a scream he got up and started running toward it, though he didn't see where they were and just tripped and fell, he stayed on the ground for a few hours before getting up slowly, still having tears in his eyes, crying. He didn't want his best friend to leave, what would happen to him now? "Viola... I...I don't want you to go." Viktor looked at the tooth though and just put it in his pocket, he promised he would take care of that.
