Dearest Lady Cartier
As expected the founders were not happy with my appearance, nor when I announced I would be staying at Hogwarts for some weeks. I have been offered Lady Hufflepuff's room; it is quite comfortable but simple. I would have expected something more extravagant from her but still.
I have broached the subject of the missing students with Lord Slytherin. He suspected two of his students. However, after an intensive interview with them I came to the conclusion that they are also victims of these disappearances. The students have given me useful information about one of the professors.
Natalie Fletcher, a muggleborn witch, showed inappropriate behaviour during her classes. I do not know if it is a coincidence or not, but the students who have disappeared are in one way or another related to the students that defied her teaching methods during class.
Lord Slytherin and myself will be monitoring Fletcher closely. And I shall keep you updated with any strange ongoings.
Yours sincerely Lady Selwyn
Anastasia did not feel guilty for the lies. She had an agreement with Slytherin and was determined to stick to it for the sake of Hogwarts. Shefolded the parchment and slipped it neatly inside her trademark envelope. Stacy sealed it with her family's crest and sent the letter with her majestic eagle owl.

Chere Mademoiselle Selwyn,
I can't say that I am surprised with their reaction, I can't shake away the feeling that the Founders are trying to keep the Governing Board from doing our job - overseeing the running of the Hogwarts School and taking certain actions if needed. They probably think of you as an intruder and they'll probably do anything to make you leave (even if it means giving you an adequate room).
It makes me sad that the Founders are obviously trying to cover up the disappearances of Pureblood wizards, first Monsieur Valenceus and now two students. They are obviously protecting the Mudblood teacher, which is completely unacceptable. I am worried about my own daughter and I can only hope that Fletcher won't come after her.
Please, keep me updated with everything that might seem out of order and let me know if you need anything.
Yours Sincerely, Clémence Cartier

Dearest Lady Cartier,
They have already given me that impression. Unfortunately for them, I am not easily scared and I will remain as long as possible. I do believe I have the favour of Lord Slytherin, he seems to be attracted to my persona.
Lord Gryffindor is still away. And Lady Hufflepuff is the one who is opposing Fletcher's sacking, but we all know that she can be rather foolish and too forgiving. Unless she is in agreement with the mudblood filth.
I assure you I will take your daughter under my wing and keep her safe. However, I do not think you have reason to fear for her safety since the mudblood Fletcher has only targeted Slytherins so far.
Yours sincerely Lady Selwyn

Dearest Mademoiselle Selwyn,
I can't thank you enough for keeping my daughter safe. I'm afraid that it's only a matter of time before the mudblood starts attacking other pureblood students, no matter what house they're in.
I think that Gryffindor will probably take Hufflepuff's side, but I believe that we count on Slytherin. Have you spoken to Ravenclaw yet, she is a Pureblood after all, so she might take our side, too.
Thank you for everything you're doing to protect the purebloods!
Yours sincerely Clemence Cartier

Slytherin is on our side and I will make sure it remains that way. I have not yet spoken to Lady Ravenclaw, but I have a very strong feeling she is going to side with us this time. You see, the mudblood filth used an unforgiveable on her precious daughter. In my opinion Fletcher dug her own grave with that little stunt.
It is my job to oversee the safety of our purest bloodline; and I am greatly honoured to do so.
Yours sincerely Lady Selwyn

Chere Mademoiselle Selwyn, I'm glad to hear that Slytherin is on our side and I'm counting on you to keep him that way. That's interesting; I have never been fond of mudbloods, but I thought they were a bit smarter. However, I was wrong. By cursing Ravenclaw's daughter, the mudblood lost any chance of staying at Hogwarts. Hopefully, Ravenclaw will finally prove herself worthy of her pureblood heritage and fire Fletcher.
I'm not worried about my daughter anymore, now that I know you're in Hogwarts to protect her and other pureblood students.
Sincèrement vôtre Clémence Cartier
