Victoria wiped down a table after a couple left the three broomsticks. She picked up the empty glasses and tip. Placing the tip in her apron pocket, she sighed. Her beautiful necklace lay over the top of her shirt, she always had it on show. Why should she hide it? It held her familys crest on it and inside held a picture of her daughter and herself. Victoria sighed again and walked back to the counter, she stood behind it and waited.
As someone walked up to the bar she asked in a friendly tone "What can I get you then?". She smiled softly at the customer. Victoria felt tired. Victoria felt alone. Victoria felt sadness. Seeing the couples go and sit for a evening drink made her remember and think about just how alone she was. When her daughter was not there. She had a hard time thinking of anything else. Victoria hoped she was a good mother. She worked hard to make sure she earned a fair amount of money. She wanted her family (even if it was just her and Carla) to have the best items she could afford.

Godric had nothing to do in Hogwarts at the moment, his hunger wouldn't be present for quite a while, so he thought he could try maybe drinking those liquor, he could drink alcohol and be resistant after all, he didn't mind a fire whiskey from time to time. He waited till the moon arrived, going out in the dark, it didn't take him long to be in Hogsmeade just by running and using his inhuman vampire speed that all vampires possessed, he found the place and entered the broomstick, he looked around, he smelled so many things in this place, even death, earlier deaths this place has been rebuilt once more it seems, it was curious, he could still smell the blood and yet there was no sign of it, something happened here but what, he just looked as the barmaid greeted him
He looked at her for a while, her scent seemed awfully familiar, something about her was odd, he just shook his head, was probably his mind playing tricks, he then looked at her, being silent for a while until he placed his order. "One firewhiskey please."

Victoria looked at the customer "You seem awfully young for ordering a firewhiskey" she said raising her eyebrows but poured the drink none the less. He seemed familiar, maybe from a photograph she'd seen somewhere. She passed over the drink and asked for the money for the drink. "You seem rather troubled" she said gently. She ran a hand through her long wavy brunette hair. "Anything else I can get you?" she asked whilst pouring a drink for another customer.

Godric just looked around for a while, taking his drank when it arrived, he put the galleons, even some extra tip for her, as he went to sit near a table, he looked around, no doubt about it there was something wrong in here, or at least something happened he could still smell the blood and yet there was none in view, he looked at the girl, did a massacre happen here, he had to know. "Did anything weird happen in this place?"

Victoria smiled at the tip and put it in her apron pocket with all the rest. She placed the cash in the register. Locking it afterwards with the locking spell. Victoria looked a little sad at his question. She had lost a friend or two in the massacre. Luckily for her it had been her night off. "Yes. Something did happen, the place had a huge massacre no one was left alive and no one knows who did it. I knew a few of the barmaids and bartenders who died." she said her tone mournful and horrified. She sighed and leant on the counter near him, seeing as their we're my customers needing serving just then.

Godric listened to her, feeling her sadness, he looked around, the smell of blood still in his nostril, he was wondering when this happened, he then looked back at the barmaid and the other customers, it was odd that even if there was massacres around here, they still kept working. He just looked at her for a while, why was she so familiar and yet he doesn't know she is, and it's the first time he sees her. He shook his head. "The massacre wasn't recent was it? When did it happen?"

Victoria sighed sadly. "It feels strange in here, like pain and horror still lingers" she said the atmosphere all though the same as before had a soft almost gone under tone of misery. "It was not long ago" she said softly "the pub has only just re-opened after the second massacre in a row." She said, she was amazed that the owner could re open after that. She watched as he looked at her, he really did look familiar. She was sure he was in a photograph somewhere. She smiled him. "Want another drink" she asked. She looked around "Ill give you this one on the house" she said with a wink before laughing slighlty. "Are you in Hogwarts?" She asked. Her younger sisters we're at Hogwarts, as was her daughter.

"By Thor's hammer." Godric said rather surprised as he kept looking around, so many people suffered, this was indeed horrible but why, why would they re-open this way, earlier owners seemed to have died as well, wasn't this man scared at all? Mortals were very peculiar, then again he remembered back in his time, how they would fight hard and long, and believe that in death they would go to Valhalla. He took his glass of fire whiskey that wasn't touched much and finished it in one shot, as he looked at her calmly. "On the house? Alright, I'll still give you a tip though."

"I think its incredible that people still come here, and haven't been scared off" She said sighing. She was terrified of what might happen - if a) it happened again and b) if the place closed. She tied back her long hair. It was getting in the way. "Yes, on the house and thank you, that is most kind. Most people would take the drink and not leave a tip" she said smiling brightly. She fiddled with the necklace round her neck, tracing the patterns with her fingers. She took his glass and cleaned it, with a spell before re-filling it. "Oh" she said remembering something "You didn't answer my question, sorry if it sounds rude and all, but are you in Hogwarts?" she asked again gently.

Godric smiled as she re-filled the drink, he put more galleons at least 80 galleons were put as a tip for her, as he looked at the drink for a while, taking the glass on his hand, as the tip touched his lips, he drank the liquid, if he was a normal human maybe he would of been drunk in the speed he was drinking, he then looked back as he finished his glass. "Yes, sorry I was hum lost in my thoughts, I'm in the house of Ravenclaw. In my fifth year." Godric said, he observed her, that necklace seemed peculiar and familiar, but he didn't remember much, he just shook his head, probably a necklace that could be found anywhere.

Victoria looked in shock as he placed at least 80 galleons on the counter. "Huh? Did you really mean to give me that much?" she smiled anyway. She waited for his reply before putting them in her apron pocket with the rest of her tips. Her apron was weighed down. She looked a little curious as he was drinking quickly, and not getting drunk. "Ahh its okay everyone gets like that from time to time, have you heard of Amelia, Mathilda or Carla Ernouf?" she asked, asking about her siblings and daughter. Victoria saw him looking at her necklace, "My necklace is a family heirloom" she said slowly, "I don't know exactly how long it has been in my family, but its a long time" she said smiling.

"You need the galleons more than I do. Judging by the reason you have to work here, it's probably to support.. a child? Daughter perhaps?" Godric said, something inside him told him that it was the case, but he just shook his head, he shouldn't of said that, when he heard the Ernouf name though, his hand knocked out the glass without realizing but his reflexes were fast to catch it before it shattered on the ground, he looked away calmly. "That's impossible... it's not true."

Victoria smiled at him gratefully, "Yes.. I do have a daughter, and I do need to support her alone" she said sadly, she rememebered back to why she had a child and why she had trouble with touching people. "How did you know that?" she asked curiously. She gasped as the glass was knocked and made to get something to put any glass fragments in, she stood just after he caught it, not seeing his fast reaction. "Whats not true?" she asked sweetly. She wasn't sure what had caught him so off guard. She watched him in concern, he seemed really torn up about something. "Is everything okay deary?" she asked gently and soothingly.

Something about her necklace was familiar, he knew there was something, he could smell it, he could sense the early owners of them, their ancestors, and he could smell his own mortal days, that necklace was always given to the eldest of the children when they came of age to receive it, he disappeared with his speed and appeared behind her, sniffing the necklace and her neck, yes her blood was familiar, the necklace also had the smell of his mortal days, albeit a faint smell, he then reappeared in front of her. "T...that's impossible, you are a mortal, you are not dead, how can this be... you are wearing my necklace the necklace of my ancestors of my family, it can't be, they died, I know they died." Godric said, tears falling from his eyes, but the difference with his tears is that they were blood tears, he couldn't believe this, this had to be a joke, a cruel joke.

Victoria gave a little yelp and jumped as he dissappeared and re-appeared behind her and sniffed at her neck, "Whats impossible" she asked softly," Of course I am mortal, and I am definietly not dead" her tone was caring, but confused. She wanted to pull him into her, into a hug, but was stopped by her fear of being touched, especisally by a male. "Obviously, at least one lived" she said softly. Victoria knew where she'd seen him before when he said about the neklace being his, from their ancestors family, it was a photo, one of her ancestors - him and his siblings, including her great times so many, she hadn't ever counted, grandfather. Victoria was a little freaked out when teats of blood started appearing from his eyes. "Oh my god." she exclaimed quietly. She reached out slightly, wanting to comfort him, her hand hung in mid air for a while, before she dropped it down to her side again. "Have another drink" she said gently, pouring them both a drink of butterbeer, something that usually calmed her down when she was upset.
