Gloria apparated near the healer's house, followed by a small puff sound. She wasn't quite sure what Sirius wanted from her, but he said that Cornictacus had been hurt and Gloria was always fond of her boss, in a friendly way. Gloria walked into the house and followed the sounds of voices to a small room down the hallway. She recognized two Hogwarts founder, Rowena Ravenclaw and Helga Hufflepuff, but she didn't know what they were doing there. Maybe they also knew Cornictacus? Gloria came towards them, as Sirius' patronus disappeared. "Good afternoon..." she said, giving the two a small polite smile.

Helga was relieved to hear that Cornictacus would soon wake up. With hormones and sleep depriviation, the healer’s joke was not perceived the right way. Helga stiffened and snapped, “If his heals had been incurable, I would have still loved him.” She looked away from the healer and Rowena. Her jaw looked tight in place and her eyes were narrowed. Helga nodded absentmindedly at the Patronus’s words, barely understanding their meaning. Just when Gloria stepped inside the room, Helga moved past the healer and knelt down beside Cornictacus’s bed. She took his hand into hers and kissed it gently. Her hand went up to his forehead and she started rubbing her thumb against it. Helga leaned her head to his upper arm and said, “Je suis désolé mon amour.” Gloria’s greeting rang in her ears but she did not turn around and return it; her attention was fully focused on her fiance.

Cornictacus probably heard what Helga said, since he seemed to react to it, he was hearing her voice in his mind, saying that over and over again, slowly he opened his eyes and looked , at Helga he still seemed a little weak from what happened, he also saw Gloria, the person that must be Rowena, Helga talked a lot about her, and Sirius also appeared
"Helga..cherie?... ugh. Ou suis-je? Le....le gamin Viktor.... ugh..ma... ma boutique... MA BOUTIQUE" He exclaimed on pure fright and folly as Sirius approached he was already shaking the young boy like mad, eventually he had to stop because his whole body was hurting, and that movement just made him bleed a little.
Sirius just looked a bit shaken,not sure what the boss just said, nor why he shook him but for an injured man he sure had a strong grip. "You should rest sir.. that Viktor fellow... almost killed you."

Gloria was standing few feet behind Helga, with her arms crossed. She had no idea why Sirius even asked her to come in the first place. There was nothing she could do for her boss and he didn't seem to even notice her presence. Gloria finally learned what she wanted to know for awhile, Helga Hufflepuff was obviously Cornictacus' secret girlfriend. "Wait, Viktor did that to you?" she asked after hearing Sirius' words.

Helga leaned closer and placed her palm against Cornictacus's cheek. "Shush my love. You are safe..." Her voice trailed away when he became agitated and reached for Sirius. Helga jumped backwards in fright. She soon recovered and said, "Let go off him Cornictacus... Please!" Helga watched Sirius back away from the bed and she gave him a small nod. "Thank you for everything," she said. Helga took Cornictacus's hands into her and gently kissed his knuckles. |

Cornictacus just looked at Helga and gave her a little shy smile, he didn't really want her to see him injured. "It's alright honey I'm fine I'll be able to go to work now." Cornictacus tried to get up, but the pain was so much, and he was bleeding a little just from the effort, he just sighed and abandoned the thought, no real choice, he couldn't even move.
Sirius looked at Gloria nervously, as he pulled Gloria by the arm, and told her everything that happened, and the shop being destroyed.
"WHAAATTT" Cornictacus shouted, what happened to his shop, this was bad did he hear correctly, that his shop was destroyed, he looked at Helga waiting for the confirmation.
