(( A foolish plan? continues...)) Rowena followed Salazar down the road towards Hogwarts, praying that they weren't too late. With their wands pulled out they walked inside the Entrance Hall. The hall seemed empty, but there was a motionless body laying on the floor. Rowena moved closer, with her wand still raised up. "Oh, no." she whispered. "That is the other ministry worker." Rowena turned to Salazar with a look of pure horror on her face. |

Salazar looked at the ministry worker, he recognized him, he was also sent after Viktor, why were they ending up dead, Salazar just took his wand, pointing it at the dead body, burning it with one of his spells until there was nothing more but ashes, he didn't want the ministry knowing about another death. "Well looks like we should patrol at night, whoever is doing this, is too strong for the ministry that much is clear."

Rowena gasped and quickly turned away from the sight of the body in flame. She hoped that nobody would see the fire from the stairs. Luckily it was the holiday time and most of students were sent home to visit their families. "This is far more serious than I thought. We shall patrol at night, but we still have to find the person who did it and stop him from hurting someone else. Whoever's responsible for the deaths, is probably still in the castle."

"Or gone." This Viktor seemed peculiar enough, something was odd about him, he touched his beard, caressing it lightly, a sign that he was lost in his thoughts. "If they don't want the ministry to interrogate him, means either two things, Viktor is responsible, or whoever is doing this, is after Viktor.. maybe one of the girls that he scared?"

"I hope he's gone." Rowena sighed, looking at Salazar. He was touching his beard, which was a sign that he was thinking about something, trying to figure something out. Rowena crossed her arms and frowned. "Hmm... I don't know... it doesn't look like a girl to me. That's just not the way a girl would do it, trust me. Maybe Viktor is working with someone who wants to stay hidden and that's why he's killing the ministry workers? To prevent them from questioning Viktor and eventually finding him."

"No a professional would fear the ministry's wrath and if he did kill a person from the ministry, the body wouldn't be seen, in fact they wouldn't leave the bodies there, even if they had to run away." Salazar said still touching his beard, this was clearly not the work of a professional assassin, because an Assassin wouldn't be taunting them, no matter who the target is, he just looked at the ashes calmly. "No, like I said no one would leave bodies of ministry nonetheless, the killer is taunting us, I think the killer is a student."

"No, I didn't think it was professional, either..." Rowena looked away from Salazar, her gaze moving across the hall, carefully avoiding the ashes. She was getting annoyed, she didn't like being kept in the dark. "Salazar, that's a serious accusation. It seems that the only logical explanation is that Viktor is responsible for the murders." Rowena sighed; she was still worried about Alfie, if anything happened to him, she'd blame herself. "We have to let the others know they're in danger. We won't give them any details, just tell them to be careful."

"You believe he is responsible for the murders?" Salazar said, still touching his beard as he looked around, to see if the killer was here, he suspected Viktor after all, but he still didn't want to believe that a student could be that powerful, he could use Viktor, but how to use someone so bloodthirsty if he was indeed the killer, he sighed calmly.

"Well, I don't know yet. It's hard to believe that a student could be so powerful and dangerous. He's only 17 and that's magic beyond his age." Rowena glanced at Salazar, he was touching his beard again, obviously as confused as she was. She sighed and shook her head, Salazar really had to pay more attention to kids he's accepting in his house. "I have to go send an owl, but I can't leave until we're sure nobody else gets hurt."

"An owl to who? Alfie? No I think we should find him, before the killer does." Salazar didn't know about something like this, a student being more powerful, is that even possible, he sighed angrily, touching his beard, still thinking, something was wrong here, that couldn't be a killer, shouldn't be a killer. He looked back at Rowena, and knew how worried she was. "You should check on your daughter, make sure she is alright... she does look like you after all. And the killer seems to have a certain obsession about you. "

"Yes, you're right, we should go find him, but I've got no idea where he might be." Rowena sighed sadly and ran her fingers through her hair, trying to think, to solve the riddle. "Helena is in the common room, she shouldn't be in danger. And I don't want to scare her... If we tell her about the killer, she'll probably do something foolish. No, I'll just send her a message..." Rowena shook her head and raised her wand, saying "Expecto Patronum!" A shiny silver eagle raised high above their heads, up the stairs, towards the Ravenclaw common room. "Obsession... about me? I hope you're wrong, Salazar." said Rowena, worried that he might actually be right.

"Think Rowena think, you're the most brilliant one here and yet you're not thinking, use that outstanding mind of yours." Salazar said, looking at her, a bit of annoyance in his tone, it was easy to know, he sighed calmly, he couldn't really blame Rowena if she didn't use her mind at this moment. He looked away calmly, where could Alfie be? He looked around for a while, no he probably wasn't here, what would he even do in here?

Rowena raised her eyebrows and looked at Salazar; she would deal with him later for that and for calling her a whore, awful teacher, mother and daughter. "You don't expect him to be hiding in a broom cupboard, do you?" she asked ironically. "I have no idea where he might be, he often stays at Three broomsticks when he's in Hogsmeade, but I don't even know where he lives."

Salazar just looked at her, this wasn't the place for being ironic, he sighed calmly, still looking around, clasping his hand on her mouth, still looking around, he took his wand and sent a stupefy spell that hit the wall, just so he could make sure, that's when he saw a shadow move, running he ran after it, Rowena the idiot, just revealed Alfie's location.

Before Rowena had a chance to move or say anything more, Salazar clasped his hands on her mouth. She tried to shake his hands away, but couldn't. "Salazar, what do you think you're...?" When he ran after the shadow, Rowena tried to follow him as quickly as she could. There was no way she'd be able to run fast enough, so she raised her wand and sent numerous spells in it's direction. One of her spells hit the target, judging by the sound of a body hitting the floor.
((Ooc: And she didn't hit Salazar, don't worry))
